Role: Senior Sourcing Recruiter, Source & Screen

As a Senior Sourcing Recruiter, you will contribute to a collaborative talent acquisition environment to ensure efficient talent delivery to internal clients/ customers, drive the processes that help us find, hire and develop the best talent in the world. Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with our US colleagues.

What you need to bring
- Ability to perform passive sourcing & grassroots
- Ability to perform sourcing on niche roles (IT & Non-IT)
- Ability to perform DE&I Sourcing (Diversity Equity and Inclusion)
- Achieved at least an average of 100% both lead and/ or lag indicator in 2022
- Ability to pull market insights and utilize it for sourcing
- Ability to perform social media sourcing
