Jessica Bailey

Business Improvement Director

Currently, I analyze our client programs and how our teams are working with a view to continuous improvement. Implementing LEAN methodologies from my Six Sigma training, we can drive a stronger working method, improvements in productivity and ultimately a better service for our clients. I enjoy working with our teams across our recruitment centres to support their growth and success through smart ways of working. 

My first interaction with Randstad was being placed as a temp over 10 years ago! From there I joined Randstad Sourceright in 2013 as a Compliance Manager. Over the following years, my role expanded as I took the opportunity to manage new projects, teams and business areas within my role. This growth of scope ultimately progressed me to manage the administration of shared services for the UK and EMEA. My latest move in Randstad Sourceright has been into my current role - my dream role! 

One of the reasons I love it at Randstad Sourcerigt is that I couldn't have got to my current position without some of the difficult side steps, expansions of my role and opportunities I have been given. It is vital to your progression that the business you work for is collaborative, supportive and works with you to achieve mutual goals for you and their clients. Randstad Sourceright definitely does this for its employees!

Stef Leijdekkers

Chief Financial Officer

At Randstad Sourceright, I am responsible for leading and directing the regional finance teams and helping to set the organization's short and long-term business objectives.

I have worked almost a decade with Randstad, starting in 2007 as Jr. Controller in the control, strategy and M&A department at our international HQ in Amsterdam. During my tenure, Randstad has more than doubled in size and I have had the opportunity to live and work in four countries, visit over 15 of our country organizations and taking up roles in finance and strategy with different purviews (Corporate Center, Larger & Smaller Operating Companies).

The impact we make on our clients drives me everyday. Shaping enterprise workforce solutions is very energizing and rewarding. The environment is high paced, fast growing, intellectually challenging, international and we have a lot of very bright people in our teams. I love to come to work everyday!

Jay Olson

Director, Solution Design

In my current role as a Solution Designer, I work to solve recruiting problems. I partner with Sales, Delivery and Implementation to determine how we can best service our future and current clients. Through asking a lot of discovery questions and disseminating large amounts of data, I help to determine the appropriate people, processes and technologies needed for us to exceed the expectations of our clients based on their talent needs.

I started my career here as a Delivery Manager on the largest RPO account in our portfolio. After a year and a half in the role, and with the support of my boss and other leaders in the organization, I was given the opportunity to move to the Solution Design team. I knew I loved to build teams, determine best practices and fix problems, so it was a perfect fit. I now get to see the recruiting industry from so many angles that I feel much more well-rounded in my skills and expertise.

I enjoy working at Randstad Sourceright for many reasons, but the biggest reason is career growth opportunities. Randstad Sourceright prides itself on having their employees take on new challenges, and I am proof of that. The support I have felt from leaders and colleagues to try new things and stretch myself has been amazing. It is great to know that with a global organization this successful and this large that there will be advancement opportunities for years to come. All I have to do is raise my hand!

Cheryl MacMillan

Senior Vice President

I currently work as Vice President of Solutions Delivery and Innovation for our U.S. operations. 

I joined Randstad’s USA operations in 1998. I spent the first 10 years in the Boston, Massachusetts market, starting in a retail branch and then expanding my skills into our large account business. This is where I had the opportunity to build a new product offering for the company called RCS (Randstad Corporate Services). I then relocated to Atlanta, Georgia to open the Southeast market and expand the RCS product nationwide. Over the last two years in Atlanta, I focused on infrastructure and built out the Solutions Delivery and Innovation Group.

I enjoy working at Randstad Sourceright because of the freedom we have to be creative in solutioning for our clients. I personally value the continuous investment the company makes in the development of its people and the career mobility it can offer. Having the ability to stay with one company and have 10 different roles over 20 years is amazing!

Roop Kaistha

APAC Director - Talent Innovation Center

I have recently taken on the responsibility to head up Randstad Sourceright's Talent Innovation Center in Asia Pacific. In my role, I am responsible for leveraging Randstad's investments in technology and broader innovations in Recruiting Strategies, Employer Branding, Contingent Workforce Management and Analytics. I work with our Sales and Client Services teams to define and implement solutions that are technology enabled, fit for the future and differentiate us from the competition.

I started my career with Randstad in 2006 as a Banking Team Leader in what was then known as Select Appointments Malaysia – now Randstad Malaysia. Since then I have worked across a variety of roles within Randstad and Randstad Sourceright in Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore. I was a part of the start-up team of Randstad Sourceright in Asia Pacific in 2011 and have worked in operations and solution design across RPO and MSP. Prior to my current role, I headed up RPO Client Services across Asia Pacific.

I enjoy the people and diversity at Randstad Sourceright. I am a part of a great and large organization and yet have the ability to make a difference. I love that everyone cares and that I have flexibility. The team I have inspires me to give it my best. I thrive in the environment of making a difference to the lives of people and clients every single day.

Frank van Bussel

Implementation Manager

When we are awarded a new client program, my role as implementation manager starts. I have a total of three to four months to fully understand the client and design MSP or RPO processes that are mutually beneficial. You can imagine this is a fast-paced, pressure cooker environment that challenges and keeps me motivated everyday.

I started at Randstad as an onsite Account Specialist at Randstad Inhouse Services in the Netherlands four years ago. After a year, I became a staffing consultant at the Schiphol Airport branch. Working with international clients at Schiphol inspired me to move to Randstad Sourceright two years ago, first as a Project Management Officer, and now as an Implementation Manager.

It is teamwork and competence that makes Randstad Sourceright stand out in successfully completing an implementation.
