In this core leadership role, Rebecca brings more than 20 years’ experience in all facets of talent acquisition solutions and technology. With deep insights and progressive perspectives, Rebecca steers Randstad Sourceright’s global development to ensure HR and talent leaders can play a strategic role in driving growth locally, across regions, and globally. Rebecca is a highly regarded leader in the talent management field and was most recently recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts in “The Global Power 100 – Women in Staffing” list.


Rebecca is the daughter of Italian immigrants, speaks fluent Italian and is known for her outstanding skills in the kitchen preparing authentic Italian cuisine! All you need is an invite.

Zain has a long history in leading teams and companies in the MSP and RPO field for over 15 years, with more than 20 years total in the staffing industry. His business philosophy is grounded on being a true partner to our customers by being easy to do business with and offering real measurable bottom line value. For customers and candidates alike, this means being able to access us through the right combination of technology and responsive service. 

Zain is a keen runner and he always has his running shoes with him on every business trip. And when he's not running or working, he enjoys a great family dinner with Asian cuisine!

Doug has built a 17 year international recruitment and leadership career across Australia, the United Kingdom, and now Asia Pacific. A thought leader in strategic talent acquisition, outsourcing and workforce management, Doug brings in-depth knowledge and expertise to drive strategic development and growth in the APAC region.    

When not travelling around Asia Pacific and the world, Doug likes to spend time with his young sons and coaching their under 5’s rugby team, as well as participating in the occasional triathlon.

This experience has served him well as an RPO Client Service Delivery Executive for Randstad Sourceright and as the Global Concept Leader for RPO and MSP.

When not at work Hary enjoys grunge Rock ‘n Roll, English Premier League football, reading crime novels, and spending most of his time outdoors in shorts and a t-shirt.

Bob is responsible for leading Randstad Sourceright’s RPO operations in North America. With 25 years in the outsourcing and HR industry, Bob’s prior leadership in both public and private industry resulted in Top Provider status by HRO Today magazine. Bob brings all our customers deep market experience and specific focus on client relationship management, high quality service delivery, and operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Bob is a former collegiate athlete, having played baseball for University of Notre Dame. He was drafted professionally by the Pittsburgh Pirates. In his spare time, Bob loves to spend time with his grown children and playing golf.

Louisa had grand ambitions of being a female Indiana Jones, heading out of university into a career in archaeology – but realizing there was a lot more grit than glamour, she jumped across into a fast-paced marketing career with no regrets.
