Michael Smith

With a 16-year career at Randstad, Mike brings a wealth of experience in the talent acquisition industry to his role as Chief Executive. Mike joined Randstad in January 2005 as a graduate recruitment executive and has since held various operational and leadership roles for Randstad including managing Randstad’s business operations in Australia, managing director for Southeast Asia, CEO of Randstad UK and managing director of Randstad Sourceright in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. An active driver of Randstad’s “tech and touch” strategy, in his role as CEO, Mike continues to elevate Randstad Sourceright's customer value propositions, seek out ongoing areas for differentiation and embed change through investment in business transformation technology.

Juan Escorihuela Sainz

Well known for his critical thinking, ability to solve complex problems, fact based decision making and passion for managing, coaching and mentoring people, Juan also brings extensive international experience in Strategy and Finance to his role as the divisional chief financial officer for Randstad Enterprise.

Thomas has more than 15 years’ high-level technical, product and general management experience, and due to his extensive global consultancy experience, he truly understands the nuances of working cultures all around the world.

Niall has extensive client and operational experience spanning more than 20 years in the staffing, RPO and MSP industry.

Jennifer Aubin-Anthony

Having led Randstad Sourceright through significant organizational growth, Jennie has been instrumental to the success of our business since her appointment as CFO in 2021 and will continue in her role overseeing the finance team responsible for Randstad Sourceright North America, including Mexico, global accounts and RiseSmart.

Chrissi Evans

To enable ongoing commercial success for our clients and have a focus on risk and compliance in a complex global regulatory environment, Chrissi brings to Randstad Sourceright a strong background in the Randstad Group as legal director, Randstad UK and Middle East. She is a solicitor with over 20 years inhouse experience and holds an MBA. The majority of Chrissi’s experience has been in international roles, including as an attorney with General Motors Europe, head of Legal at the global food business, Booker plc and general counsel at DaimlerChrysler UK.
