Mike Smith

With a 16-year career at Randstad, Mike brings a wealth of experience in the talent acquisition industry to his role as Randstad Sourceright global CEO. Mike joined Randstad in January 2005 as a graduate recruitment executive and has since held various operational and leadership roles for Randstad including managing Randstad’s business operations in Australia, managing director for Southeast Asia, CEO of Randstad UK and managing director of Randstad Sourceright in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. An active driver of Randstad’s “tech and touch” strategy, in his role as CEO, Mike continues to elevate Randstad Sourceright's customer value propositions, seek out ongoing areas for differentiation and embed change through investment in business transformation technology.

Cindy is a leading business and human capital executive with more than 30 years of experience transforming organizations by building high-performing teams to produce profitable growth, develop industry-leading products and create corporate strategies in complex, changing environments. Leading our global HR team, Cindy ensures we have the best strategies in place to deliver a stand-out talent experience for all of our people everywhere. This encompasses driving best practices and new approaches when it comes to talent acquisition, management, engagement and development, and further enabling cross-cultural collaboration and talent mobilization.

Sue Marcus

As managing director for North America, Sue is responsible for aligning contingent and permanent workforce strategies as part of a broader global initiative that will be offered to enterprise customers who are calling for more agility and flexibility in their talent solutions. With the expertise of the RPO, MSP and Payroll teams, Sue helps clients adopt a total talent approach that ensures business objectives are met while competing in today's labor market.

Anthea brings 25 years of experience supporting regional and global recruitment clients across Asia Pacific and the United States. She is passionate about recruitment technology innovation and focused on aligning talent strategy with client organizational productivity improvements.

David Vincent

With more than 17 years of experience in the recruitment industry, David is managing director of Randstad Sourceright for EMEA. In this role, David is responsible for providing strategic direction to expand national, regional and global services, overseeing the build of processes and solutions that refine the customer experience across EMEA, and aligning our EMEA strategy with the expertise of our global functional teams across Finance, HR, Legal and Marketing.

Stef Leijdekkers

Stef brings to the Randstad Sourceright global leadership team more than 10 years of international HR industry experience spanning the Netherlands, Hungary and Canada. Leading the international finance function for Randstad Sourceright, Stef is a highly motivated business professional who drives strategy and corporate development across our different countries and business settings.

Niall Anderson

As the managing director of our Global Business Services, Niall has a responsibility for our shared operations in EMEA, APAC and North America, as well as our Business Intelligence team. Niall has extensive client and operational experience spanning more than 20 years in the staffing, RPO and MSP industry.

With 20 years in the HR and professional services marketing field, Louisa has a passion for driving Randstad Sourceright as the leading global brand and talent authority, helping customers to achieve measurable and quantifiable business impact through talent. Having lived in Sydney, Singapore and now Amsterdam, Louisa enjoys working with great teams across multiple countries and cultures to accelerate customer engagement with innovative sales and marketing approaches.

Chrissi Evans
general counsel
To enable ongoing commercial success for our clients and have a focus on risk and compliance in a complex global regulatory environment, Chrissi brings to Randstad Sourceright a strong background in the Randstad Group as legal director, Randstad UK and Middle East. She is a solicitor with over 20 years inhouse experience and holds an MBA. The majority of Chrissi’s experience has been in international roles, including as an attorney with General Motors Europe, head of Legal at the global food business, Booker plc and general counsel at DaimlerChrysler UK.

Hary Bottka

Hary is well-respected as a leading figure in the domestic and global talent acquisition industry, and possesses extensive experience in supporting large corporations and their senior HR leaders through complex, strategic transformations and outsourcing decisions. This experience has served him well as an RPO client service delivery executive for Randstad Sourceright, the global concept leader for RPO and MSP and now as managing director for strategic operations.

Thomas has more than 15 years’ high-level technical, product and general management experience, and due to his extensive global consultancy experience, he truly understands the nuances of working cultures all around the world.
