Your Role;
As the Global Marketing Business Partner for Strategic Customers & Advisory, you'll be instrumental in executing marketing strategies that propel our business forward. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll develop and implement initiatives that enhance brand awareness, drive revenue growth, and foster customer engagement.
Location: Remote-based in located in Hungary. Travel (regional and global) might be required.
What You'll Do;
... - Execute comprehensive global marketing strategies for enterprise customers and advisory services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.
- Support cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop lead generation programs and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Conduct market research and analyze performance metrics to drive strategic decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and leadership, providing clear updates on progress and opportunities.

- Chief Customer Officer and RESC VPs
- Managing Director, Randstad Advisory
- Global Marketing Leader, Enterprise
- Customer & Growth Marketing business partners
- Digital Marketing Team
- External Communications team
What You’ll Bring;
- Proven experience (5-8 years) in marketing, business development or strategic planning, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong business acumen and communication skills.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects.
- Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working remotely and across cultures.
