    Job Summary:

    The Technology and Client Optimization team is responsible and accountable for driving our existing tech stack initiatives, including project deployment, innovation, planning, implementation activities and RSR portfolio support.

    This position is responsible for consulting, developing, and administering the VMS and Workday Platforms, including reporting functions and integrations between these systems/modules (ie Workday Prism).

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement Security groups and permissions in VMS, Workday and other platforms
    • Develop and implement reports in VMS, Workday and other platforms.
    • Perform technical operations such as complex data loads and manual execution of integrations
    • Perform all operations needed for tenant and release/promotion of new functionality
    • Work with IT Help Desk to address and resolve technical issues and other user-reported incidents
    • Support IT Audit and Compliance activities
    • Conduct analysis and deliver reports on system use and health as well as feature adoption
    • Assist with system testing activities
    • Document new platform management processes
    • Contribute to team knowledge management activities

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in an IT Analyst or Developer role specifically administering the VMS or Workday platforms
    • 2-3 years of experience working with Workday Prism
    • Experience administering Security roles and access in VMSor Workday
    • Experience implementing reports, queries, and dashboards
    • Experience administering or supporting a variety of IT systems and platforms preferred
    • Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or other IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks
    • Experience developing knowledge base and other knowledge management activities
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
