We are looking for a Veteran Recruiting Strategist to join the Randstad Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (REDI) team to support veteran and diversity recruiting initiatives for our clients. Successful candidates will have prior experience in talent acquisition with a focus on military and veteran engagement strategies, as well as experience managing large scale veteran recruiting initiatives and aligning with executive key stakeholders. This role reports to the Director of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
Job Duties:
- Developing comprehensive veteran recruiting strategies
- Develop relationships and processes to continuously improve attraction and selection from veteran partners
- Support veteran hiring goals design and alignment and act as SME for veteran recruiting
- Coordinate with RSR's COE to cultivate relationships with veteran recruiting organizations, program offices, and other partners
- Provide Veteran Hiring-related training to support RPO Operations where needed
- Help establish Veteran related contract Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics
- Manage large scale veteran recruiting initiatives
- Cultivate a centralized veteran candidate database compiled through event activities and other activities to aggressively source veteran talent
- Determine greatest value add recruiting investment areas and develop relationships with those sources
- Provide and present specific program materials to internal and external stakeholders (often at senior executive levels)
Requirements:
- Minimum:
- Five (5) or more years of experience within recruiting with emphasis on recruiting military personnel or veterans
- Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree
- Veteran of the US Armed Forces is strongly preferred.
- 1 or more years Business and Partner Development experience.
- 6 months or more experience managing a military or veteran recruiting program
