    About the Opportunity

    Partnering with the Talent Acquisition Manager and business stakeholders (as part of the RPO solution for a leading provider of superannuation services in Canberra) the Recruitment Business Partner will play a key role in delivering end-to-end Tech and Transformation recruitment delivery - both perm and contract resourcing.

    The Technical RBP will be responsible for supporting a large scale transformation program as well as recruiting BAU roles. Key responsibilities include:

    • Providing strategic talent advisory and planning to support a broad range of stakeholders and business leaders
    • Partnering with Hiring Managers to understand and define current/future skills requirements, and delivering effective market mapping/identification of IT talent, workforce/resource planning
    • Leading change initiatives with data and analytics, and providing talent trends and insights that reflect market conditions 
    • Facilitating and initiating targeted and strategic recruitment campaigns and activity to attract and engage top talent  
    • Supporting and/or managing various recruitment projects and devising innovative initiatives to build strong employer branding
    • Managing agency suppliers and business reporting 
    • Delivering exceptional service and overall recruitment experience to candidates and hiring managers

    About You

    • Senior Recruitment Business Partner in technology, professional or financial services sectors, in-house or RPO experience preferred. Would consider the right agency background
    • Strong networks and knowledge of the Canberra technology market including understanding and previous experience working within government and quasi-government contracts and environments is an advantage 
    • Commercially driven, with strong relationship and stakeholder management up to C-Suite level
    • Strong abilities to identify and engage top talent through innovation proactive initiatives
    • Good attention to detail, task oriented and outcomes driven
    • Hands on, highly efficient, and adept at managing priorities to deliver on key business outcomes 
    • Ambition to lead a team or move into a more senior role recognised and encouraged
