    About the Opportunity

    Leading an established RPO solution and partnering with the Head of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Manager will be responsible for all facets of recruitment activities: planning, facilitating and initiating targeted and strategic recruitment drives to attract and engage top talent in Australia.

    Working as part of an existing RPO solution, you’ll be leading a collaborative team of 7 looking after claims and corporate services roles with a focus on stakeholder engagement & strategy.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Developing and maintaining relationships with client stakeholders to deliver strategic recruitment solutions
    • Strong business partnering with a focus on talent management, early careers projects, graduate programs, internal mobility and redeployment
    • Leading change initiatives with data and analytics, and providing talent market insights 
    • Providing leadership, coaching and support; ensuring optimal performance of the team's abilities
    • Running weekly team meetings to discuss operational matters and business priorities, setting and prioritising tasks/goals, and fostering collaborative teamwork 

    About You

    • Recruitment Lead or Manager with min. 5-6 years experience in RPO or Internal function for a large, complex organisation, ideally in Financial Services or similar
    • Highly commercial, with proven relationship management and influencing skills across a broad range of stakeholders
    • Proven track record of leading recruitment teams with a project/volume focus
    • Familiarity with statement of work, project management, and RPO functions highly regarded
