The team you’ll be working with;
You will be working with an experienced Recruitment Team within one of our leading Life Science clients, fully supporting their Global recruitment needs. You will join a team of 40 EMEA based recruitment professionals and a collaborative and inclusive culture where we are fully integrated with our client. Our client’s offices are located near Slough and twice a week (or more if you would like) you will have the opportunity to meet your stakeholders face to face.
The expectations of this job;
You will be an experienced recruiter / talent acquisition professional with strong stakeholder engagement skills. You will manage the end to end recruitment process across a variety of scientific and operational roles. Provide a high standard of client service and recruitment advice on all recruitment activity. You will be familiar with utilising technology and insights and tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirement. You will have a team to support you in delivering against SLA’s and will work with Talent Acquisition teams across the business to support on global roles.
