The Manager, Strategic Accounts will represent the full suite of Cella's workforce solutions including consulting, staffing, and managed services while maintaining relationships and executing on our staffing strategy and operations. This role is required to be highly visible within the client in order to enhance key relationships and promote the Cella high-touch commitment.
The overall charter for this role is to drive Customer and Talent Experience - using every tool and technique, even one's not yet thought of, to ensure an exceptional Client Partnership and Talent Journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute on operational staffing goals that foster account growth, talent retention, and client / talent satisfaction
- Help resolve client staffing and recruiting issues by working with leadership team to develop solutions as needed to ensure satisfactory resolution
- Meet with Team Leads regularly, act as a trusted advisor to help solve problems, challenge thinking, support pipelining, and drive growth
- Understand and embrace the full capacity of Cella's service offerings and how they are utilized to ensure the right solutions are being delivered to maximize Client and Talent satisfaction and revenue growth
- Work with Director to pull and assess relevant staffing and workforce data to report out on in weekly, monthly and quarterly operations update meetings with both internal and client contacts
- Assist in creating framework to positively impact Talent Experience within SAMS accounts; help pull data and participate in mid/annual performance and compensation reviews, Talent Journey check-ins and talent appreciation events and initiatives
- Partner with your regional/account-based delivery (recruiting) team(s) to ensure opportunities are managed efficiently and with the necessary level of priority and compliance
- Operate as the day-to-day point of contact for Talent searches including but not limited to driving business, submitting candidates, coordinating interviews, eliciting client/studio feedback, assisting as needed with onboarding, and conducting exit interviews
- Serve as liaison between client/team leads and dedicated recruiting team to communicate details of new openings, facilitate kick-off calls with client for new roles, deliver recruiting updates and onboarding process status
- Assist as needed with corporate operational processes to ensure timely and accurate payroll and invoicing
Required Skills Experience and Education
- 4+ years of operations management and/or recruiting experience
- 2+ years staffing experience
- Ability to partner with various internal teams to accomplish tasks
- Professional communication skills that include comfort in presenting services at all levels of a client organization and via various mediums
- Knowledge of operational account management concepts
- Minimum of bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint

The base salary range for this position is $61,655 - $87,800.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
