TheTalent Experience Specialist (Coordinator) - Onboarding is responsible for guiding pre-identified qualified candidates through the Randstad Sourceright Payroll Solutions onboarding process. This person will be responsible for effectively managing the talent onboarding experience, guiding them through a successful orientation including welcome correspondence, legal forms, TAPA, compliance, I9 documents and 'ready to start' conversations.Additional responsibilities will include:Onboarding communications - written, calls and text (utilizing standardized templates where applicable)Ordering and managing required screeningsManaging VMS activity where applicableTracker Management - documenting in real timeManaging eVerify and I9 compliance process with 100% accuracyProactively communicating with the talent and clients/internal partners during the onboarding processPartner with appropriate parties to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues while meeting SLA'sReviewing onboarding requests to ensure roles/job descriptions meet RSR guidelines for risk, geographic location, minimum wage and scopePlacing newly hired candidates on order and assignment, ensuring 100% accuracy in all O&A detailsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required / Associates or Bachelor's degree preferredWork ExperienceMinimum one year experience in payroll operations/HR/staffing/customer service requiredFamiliarity with vendor management systems (VMS) and payroll tools/solutions is a plusKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong customer focus and customer service skillsCollaborative one team approach is a mustBasic Payroll knowledge to include federal, state, county, city regulations pertaining to overtime, sick accruals/pay, civic obligations, paid time off, and taxesProficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPointProficient with the Google environment including Gmail, Docs, Sheets and SlidesExcellent organizational, time management skills, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to apply sound judgment and decision-making skills in dealing with a variety of routine and non-routine issues, often with limited standardizationPossess strong problem solving skillsDetail oriented with a concern for continuous improvementAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelyAt Randstad, we love to celebrate our hardworking diverse teams demonstrated through our ongoing commitment and diversity awards.
