The team you will be working with?
Our market leading Solution Design Team engages customers with differentiated customer value propositions and talent models that deliver measurable impact. This team is part of the Customer Acceleration Team which ultimately helps to define where Randstad needs to play and how to win to create a competitive advantage and drive enterprise customer growth and market share.
The expectations of this Job;
The Solution Architect is responsible for developing and delivering Randstad Sourceright design of both permanent and contingent workforce solutions (MSP/RPO/Talent acquisition) to secure new business wins and retain key customers. This is a key strategic role that will drive the development of Randstad Sourceright and its vision to be the market leading MSP/RPO organization globally. In order to achieve this aim, this role will focus on our target of winning engagements globally, regionally and in key individual countries. Typical clients will have between €20m and €500m in spend under management for MSP and be 400+ hires per year in some of the world’s leading employer brands.
You will have proven in-depth knowledge of MSP / RPO sector and be able to lead customer workshops, bringing creative thinking, sensitivity and agility to solve their talent challenges. You will also have the ability to design an MSP/RPO/SOW and specialist recruiting solutions from scope to deployment whilst building effective relationships with key stakeholders who are influencers in the overall solution strategy. This is a remote position but you will need to be willing to travel internationally to attend client workshops and presentations.
