The team you’ll be working with;
You will be joining Randstad Sourceright as part of an experienced Recruitment Team of around 35 within a leading CAC 40 organization headquartered in the South of France, however, this position could be 100 % remote. This is a full RPO with a dedicated Early Careers division, fully supporting the growth and development of the team in France and beyond.
The expectations of this job;
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for developing and leading an effective client management proposition and will ensure our client receives a proactive, excellent service, maximizing the potential for business within the client’s region, specifically within early careers.
The SDM will lead and develop the team, ensuring they are motivated and supported to achieve maximum results.
The SDM will promote early careers, employer branding, school relationships, and D&I and will join us in becoming the undisputed leader in early career recruitment solutions.
If you have a strong recruitment background with an emphasis on early careers, fluent English and French language skills, you are assertive, process driven, and have excellent attention to detail with the drive to shape and develop a business, as well as yourself then you will thrive in this role.
