    About the Opportunity

    Partnering with the Talent Acquisition Manager and business stakeholders (as part of the RPO solution for a leading provider of superannuation services in Canberra) the Senior Talent Advisor will be embedded as an internal recruitment team member, who play a key role in delivery of quality talent through end-to-end finance, legal, marketing and HR recruitment delivery - both perm and contract resourcing. 

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Providing strategic talent advisory and planning to support a broad range of stakeholders and business leaders
    • Partnering with Hiring Managers to understand and define current/future skills requirements (workforce planning)
    • Deliver effective market mapping/identification within corporate and financial services industries (LinkedIn)
    • Lead change initiatives with data and analytics, and providing talent trends and insights that reflect market conditions
    • Outcomes focused through strategic recruitment campaigns and activity to attract and engage top talent  
    • Manage various recruitment projects and devising innovative initiatives to build strong employer branding
    • Manage agency suppliers and business reporting when required 
    • Deliver exceptional service and overall recruitment experience to candidates and hiring managers

    About You

    • Senior recruitment specialist with professional, corporate or financial services sector experience
    • In-house or RPO experience would be a plus, along with an agency background
    • Strong networks and knowledge of the Canberra talent market including understanding and previous experience working within government and quasi-government contracts and environments is an advantage 
    • Commercially driven, expertly build relationship and manage stakeholders up to C-Suite level
    • Strong track record for engaging top talent through proactive initiatives
    • Good attention to detail, task oriented and outcomes driven
    • Hands on, highly efficient, and adept at managing priorities to deliver on key business outcomes 
    • Ambition to lead a team or move into a more senior role recognised and encouraged
