We are currently hiring for a Talent Advisor who will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, with a focus on delivering best practice outcomes on strategic/direct sourcing, attracting and placing suitable talent. The main accountability areas for this position are: Recruitment and candidate management: ● Initiating a range of sourcing activities, such as publishing vacancies, networking, and conductingreferrals; regularly supplying candidates to clients for current/future hiring requirements.● Developing and managing the recruitment process for clients through sourcing, screening,qualifying, briefing and preparing candidates, organising interviews and psychometricassessments, reference checking, and negotiating remuneration packages when required,ensuring their needs and expectations are met in a timely manner.● Providing advice on salary levels, training requirements, and career progression opportunities. Client Management: ● Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, for an understanding of theircurrent and future priorities.● Keeping abreast to market changes and sector developments ensuring personal business andspecialist technical knowledge remains current, in order to support the provision of consultativeservice and market intelligence to clients.administration and reporting● Completing and updating client and candidate details in administration systems to support Effective Management and Information Reporting: ● Generating reports from RSR and client specific databases (as required).● Providing real time updates, and accurate record keeping.● Ensuring recruitment processes are in line with client specific requirements.● Complying with company policies and procedures including business principles, misconduct.reporting procedures, and competition law compliance policies concerning professional conduct. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: ● Knowledge and/or experience recruiting within Call Centre and Business Support (Graduate orVolume recruitment through Assessment Centres experience a plus).● Track record of leveraging a variety of sourcing channels to attract diverse talent, includingsearch methodologies using social and professional networks.● Strong knowledge of business processes, proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS),and good attention to detail.● Goals driven and results focused, who can also identify/address root causes of problems, andrecommend innovative/effective solutions.● Exceptional customer service, with strong engagement and business partnering skills.● Excellent communication, highly efficient and adept at managing priorities to deliver on keybusiness outcomes in a team environment.
