team you’ll be working with:
Align with sales team to formulate the list of stakeholders for target companies
Maintain and update contact information in salesforce and other databases for target companies
Liaison with Marketing intelligence team for hubspot integration, and monitoring the stakeholders’ activities.
Align with the data engineering team to build pipelines for job openings data along with the labor market data.
Align with business teams to present dashboards for key performance metrics, and analytical findings in various projects
Use various databases such as Salesforce, SQL, D&B Big Query etc.. to pull relevant information (Spend data, employees count, industry etc..) related to companies across North America and Europe
Assist current operations, by providing them metrics on performance in a dashboard format.
Align with the Sales team globally for future inputs on spend, current recruitment performance, and also intel on things such is the decision making centralized or decentralized? etc for global account
Data curation and format the data, and make sure data is consistent to make dashboards in PowerBI, and Tableau.
Run and update the forecasting model based on various machine learning libraries to update views on competitors' performance, labor market movements, hiring trends etc globally.
who you are:
The person would be expected to be a center of excellence (CoE) and subject matter expert (SME) on all things concerning reporting, analytics, building dashboards, and running predictive models on labor market trends, job openings, recruitment patterns, competitive analysis etc.
What you need to bring:
- Strong technical aptitude for learning new database packages such as D&B Hoovers, Salesforce etc. (a salesforce admin certification would be nice)
- Hands-on experience 3-5yrs with SQL, big query, and Python (Pandas, Numpy, and other analytics libraries); strong analytical & data mining skills; intermediate predictive modeling experience using tools such as Microsoft excel
- Understanding of basic predictive modeling statistical tools such as regression analysis etc. along with machine learning libraries in python
- Understanding of front end website development languages such as HTML, CSS, Javascript for automating data gathering from public websites is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive experience in building dashboards in Power BI/DOMO and Tableau
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and/or requests in a fast-paced changing environment
- Experience working in a recruitment environment is a plus
