    About you

    Our future HR Business Partner Mainland UK & IR is responsible for all HR related matters in the daily operations and projects and will advise our internal colleagues.

    In this independent role within the RSR organization you will play an active role in talent progression and internal mobility, challenging our (senior) management, being a sparring partner, and various international projects within the organization.

    We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner, who knows how to find a solution to every challenge. You are used to working in an international (HR) environment. You don’t give up easily, get excited to work with different cultures and have a ‘hands-on’ mentality. Agility is your middle name. With your entrepreneurial spirit, you like to steer and assist in different HR projects and optimize our processes. You are creative to find solutions and stimulate new ideas. We’ve grown massively in the last year (40%) and we want to continue growing with you.

    What will you do?

    • you will be partnering the management team in UK & IR and allocated functional teams as a sparring partner and will challenge them to go above and beyond;
    • play an active part in our talent progression and internal mobility; 
    • take part in optimizing and improving HR processes 
    • part of the bonus and/or yearly salary review process;
    • are responsible for various international projects;
    • build a strong network within the organization;
    • connect with our (HR) colleagues and provide advice tailored to the business;
    • are responsible for data accuracy of our HRIS system.

    Where do you work and with whom do you work?

    • you are part of an experienced international HR team in EMEA with around 60 colleagues;
    • work closely with our HR colleagues (Senior HR BPs, Learning and development, Compensation and benefits, ITA and D&I);
    • you work together with the UK & IR management team;
    • We have RSR offices in London and Birmingham but client sites around the country that may involve a small amount of travel.
