Responsibilities:

- Leading, managing and working with the teams across new accounts, strategic client development and sales operations which encompass both bids and solutions.
- Identifying, pre-qualifying, contacting and meeting new client accounts within the relevant geographies.
- Be seen as the 'Go To' authority in the business for industry trends.
- Working closely with the marketing team to ensure a highly targeted approach to sales and marketing, utilising Account Based Marketing methods.
- Managing end to end RPO and MSP proposals, responding to RFI and RFP requests.
- Structuring and modelling new MSP and RPO solutions for clients.
- Leading formal Presentations to clients.
- Working in conjunction with the current Bid Management and Solution Team to produce written sales and bid collateral of the highest calibre.
- Working in conjunction with the commercial design & analysis team to price new opportunities.
- Coordinating and following-up on mail shots to potential new clients.
- Working closely with Marketing to continue to develop the Randstad Sourceright brand, including the website and literature.
- Foster strategic partnerships with client key stakeholders including solution design, project managers and internal teams.
Experience:
- Extensive experience in sales management within recruitment and managed service sales environments
- Understanding of the RPO/MSP marketplace
- Ability to structure multi-million-dollar recruitment contracts
- Proven leadership ability in driving delivery and financial performance
- Strong written skills with reference to bid and tenders
