The I&W Manager will join this growing team, working with the I&W director to directly shape and deliver the internal I&W strategy across various ED&I and CSR programmes for Randstad UK and Randstad Sourceright EMEA. Responsibilities will include Acting as an SME for I&W advice across the business Leading on various I&W initiatives Developing relationships and processes to continuously improve and embed D,I&W into our people and business processes Supporting diversity goals and alignment Working closely with Marketing and Communications in leading various strategic I&W engagement, comms and campaigns Working with the I&W Director in developing and delivering the CSR and Randstad with Heart framework for EMEA Serving as subject matter expert on diversity recruiting best practices Determining greatest value add recruiting investment areas and develop relationships with those sources Understanding and contributing to continuously improve our client offering in the D&I space for our clientsSupporting the I&W director in upskilling senior leaders, managers and our people to understand, embrace and commit to the importance of I&W.
