    The Team you’ll be working with;

    As an Operations Officer you’ll be delivering off site recruitment solutions for a high profile, insurance client, whilst enjoying a flexible working environment. As a key member of one of our dedicated account teams, you will be working within a supportive team of 9 people to coordinate the recruitment process by arranging interviews, completing onboarding tasks and ensuring the best experience for each candidate.

    The expectations of this job;

    In addition to scheduling interviews and administrative tasks, you will be passionate about being the best brand ambassador for our client in all your communications. You will be meticulous and enjoy a fast paced role where you have the opportunity to work directly with candidates and shareholders. Day to day you might be scheduling interviews for a variety of roles, answering candidate and client queries, chasing up onboarding documents and providing updates to candidates and managers. You will also have excellent attention to detail, enjoy working within a team to achieve goals and comfortable working with achievable targets.
