The team you’ll be working with;
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant. You will be part of a 2-member Recruitment team within a well-known organisation.
Our client enjoys a worldwide reputation as a designer of modern, energy-efficient and high-performance cars and motorcycles. In addition, the company is also a leader in the field of industrial motors and power products in the world, creating innovative products in various sectors with a particular specialism in health care and agriculture.
Our client is based in Gent, the position requires full onsite presence.
The expectations of this job:
- You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of roles including supply chain, sales, marketing, HR, etc. profiles.
- Providing a high-class standard of client service and recruitment advice on recruitment activity, utilising technology and insights and tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirement.
- To be successful in this role, you will be proactive, autonomous and a creative thinker with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide an excellent recruitment experience to both candidate and client.
- The job requires Fluent Dutch and Professional English language knowledge!
