Recruitment Business Partner - ROD

What would be your main tasks
- You will be responsible for filling vacancies in a specific business area
- Advising the hiring managers and conducting intake meetings
- Screening applications and sourcing candidates
- Pre-screening and shortlisting candidates
- Referring candidates for personal interviews and supporting the hiring managers through the selection process
- Offer management
- Stakeholder management (supervisor, HR BP, co-determination committees)
- Participation in projects and employer branding measures with recruiting
What we ask from you
- Several years of practical experience in recruiting at a service provider or a large international company
- User knowledge of applicant management systems and other HR-relevant IT tools
- High sense of responsibility
- Open, reliable and proactive personality
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English knowledge is a must
