The Team you’ll be working with;
Choose to join our team as a Recruitment Business Partner and you will be working within the construction space covering White Collar roles, supporting strategic recruitment alongside recruitment planning for client sites across the UK. As a Recruitment Business Partner you will be part of the Client Account Management team who are responsible for delivering a premium recruitment process to our client with their contingent / temporary and contract recruitment. We are a remote working team but you will need to be able to attend weekly on-site working sessions with our client.
The expectations of this job;
Supporting this large well known client, the key focus of this role is to forge relationships with all parties, including key stakeholders within the client and all suppliers as part of the contract recruitment supply chain. You will be confident in providing specialist advice & guidance on recruitment policies & procedures & best practice to the client, all whilst ensuring compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment end to end process. You will need to have excellent process management and organisational skills with the ability to use data and present confidently to stakeholders. You will have proven high volume recruitment experience and enjoy working in a fast paced, autonomous environment.
