    ​In this dynamic team, you, as a Senior Talent Advisor, are in a role reporting directly to the Operation Manager on the program. You are acting as a lead to a variety of external and internal vacancies in different business units and stand as the first point of contact to stakeholders. As a trusted advisor you are responsible for managing and executing the recruitment strategy in close collaboration with the hiring manager; from defining and implementing an appropriate sourcing and recruitment plan to advising on the possible optimization of the selection and recruitment process.

     

    What your day-to-day tasks are:

    • Strategic lead within recruitment and selection 
    • Managing candidate pool  - propose innovative solutions to reach professionals on niche markets  
    • Intake meetings and create and launch job postings
    • Evaluate candidates with the hiring manager and steer the decision-making process
    • Make offers and guide the candidate until onboarding
    • Maintaining the ATS system (reporting of phone screenings, interviews, rating of candidates, ….)
    • Negotiate and daily contact with hiring managers and any HR community
    • Sharing best practices within cross-program initiatives 
    • Driving process improvement and account optimization.
    • Engage proactively with the hiring managers in a consultative recruiting role as the direct, primary hiring contact.

    What will you bring  

     

    • Strong track record within the recruitment industry in the Netherlands (5+ Years of experience) 
    • Corporate or RPO experience is preferable
    • Experience working on a client site is a nice-to-have
    • You are able to work independently and have a self-starting kind of mindset
    • Full proficiency in English and Dutch 
    • Strong stakeholder management experience
