    The role in essence: 

    The Recruitment Business Partner (RBP) will be responsible for the implementation and execution of the full recruitment life cycle together with the team of sourcing professionals, administrative coordinators and internal or external stakeholders within a top tier multinational organization.

     

    As the Recruitment Business Partner your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    • You will be the single point of contact for Hiring Managers and various senior internal stakeholders on all assigned requisitions. You will collaborate with Hiring Managers and appropriate internal teams, to ensure that the best recruitment strategy is implemented and executed.
    • You will develop strategic relationships with PwC and RSR peers and leaders to maintain quality delivery and solve client challenges by employing all available recruiting and sourcing strategy tools and provide innovative solutions to solve recruiting challenges and influence hiring decisions. You will be the trusted advisor that the business relies on.
    • You will also be involved in candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process to ensure the best possible candidate journey in compliance with employer branding guidelines.
    • You will handle the administration in collaboration with your stakeholders and dedicated administrative coordinators and ensure all recruitment activity is captured in real time on the client’s ATS system and/or any other databases.
    • You will collaborate with external and internal suppliers to ensure there is a consistent and quality delivery against your roles - you will build lasting relationships that will provide effective results.

    As the Recruitment Business Partner you will ideally have the following skills and experience:

    • You will be an experienced recruiter or account manager with a proven record of hiring success
    • You will have experience in dealing directly with external stakeholder or clients at all levels of seniority 
    • You will be able to demonstrate a track record of understanding clients’ functional and/or technical hiring needs and translating those into effective candidate generation
      strategies (passive and active).
    • You will be able to apply a highly polished communication style depending on the stakeholder you are working with both face to face as well as remotely.
    • You will have a passion for effective employer branding, applying it in practice and promoting it amongst your peers and stakeholders.
    • You should have experience of directing other people and resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
    • You will be able to to demonstrate an ability to quickly and effectively upskill yourself in a fast paced environment and understand strategic goals of the client. You will have an appetite for continuous personal and professional growth with the support of your peers and RSR.
