As a RPO Recruiting Coordinator - Onboarding Specialist you are responsible for administration and operational support of the recruitment process for our strategic client partnerships. Successful candidates will have strong service mindset, superior communication skills, be process driven, and have a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:Candidate and hiring manager engagement activitiesCandidate onboarding and background check process administrationRecruitment process compliance and system administrationOffer letter support activitiesCollaborate on special projects
Basic qualifications include:
High school diploma or equivalent6+ months of experience with new hire onboarding and background check administrationMinimum of 6 months recruitment support, administration and/or customer service experience
Preferred qualifications include:Excellent written and oral communication skillsApplicant tracking system experienceSolid understanding of MS Office/Google productsProven ability to work within a team environmentAbility to take direction and execute a planDetail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobsTrack record of proven results
