Group Objective
Position Objective
To analyze and present consolidated data associated with RSR’s compensation sources network. Data associated with the role will be base pay, contingent hourly pay, incentive pay and/or other compensation considerations. Analysts will evaluate job titles, normalization techniques and available salary guides to determine recommendations for internal and external business partners on minimum and maximum hourly pay rate ranges for rate care and large scale market requests. This role will require moderately complex aspects of project work and will be largely independent in nature.

Data Analysis
● Organize formats collected from internal sources, suppliers and technology outputs, etc. into consolidated and scalable format
● Create and maintain a standard template for work from all parties
● Maintain a formatted job title pay based recommendation for “core” RSR job titles, as determined by appropriate OpCo Leaders for use in TalentRadar
● Navigate Randstad Market Insights, TalentNeuron, CareerBuilder and/or other available options to aggregate data and make recommendations by job title level for min and max pay associated with contingent labor
● Applying “premium costs” often associated with consulting, IT, niche roles or other considerations as applicable on certain job titles and geographies; methodology must be both captured and incorporated into recommendations
● Calculation of min and max pay rates recommendations into either a “max bill” hourly rate card or “mark up” based rate card model will be required

● Must execute on data processes associated with Randstad Market Insights, TalentRadar Job Normalization tool and other internal systems like RFO, TalentRadar DOMO, Monster and RSR Salary Survey compensation/Salary Calculator
● Must executive on external sources such as CareerBuilder, Economic Resource Inc (ERI), competitor salary surveys and more for use on source collection
● Utilization of FreshService ticketing support tool for intake and communication on all rate card reviews, large scale market data requests and more

Consulting
● Organize and facilitate intake sessions with delivery teams; consult on overall process and expected outcome
● Provide recommendations and redirection as appropriate when requests fall outside of standard scope
● Liaise with Business Intelligence Data Science, RMI team, Talent Intelligence and other internal teams to improve our product and share direct client feedback
● Facilitate reviews of finished product with client in order to share product, engage client in further BI partnerships and provide impact analysis on rate changes, market conditions or significant shifts in pay/bill rate ranges which require attention

Education
- Bachelor's Degree required
Experience
- data collection and formulation in MS Excel and/or GoogleSheets
- 2-3 years previous compensation analysis, consulting or related experience
- previous experience with BI platform (Power BI, Tableau or Domo) preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent documentation and data management, particularly in use of MS Excel and/or GoogleSheets
- Can effectively translate data and complex sets of information with use of formulas, calculations, macros, etc.
- Excellent working knowledge of the G- Suite products and online search engines.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining quality
- Ability to synthesize and analyze information and ideas
