As a Project Design and Implementation Specialist, you will join an international Professional Services team. You will have a chance to work with Jan and Ira - inspiring managers who simply love their jobs.
Your key responsibilities:
... - Communicate with our business partners across EMEA region
- Understand their recruitment processes, systems and expectations
- Design flows which will enable smooth implementation of our solutions
- Implementing our RPO, MSP and/or ROD solutions to the client’s organisation
- Monitor and control all the implementation stages
- Be a true consultant and advisor for the stakeholders
- Represent the RSR recruiting organization to stakeholders focusing on exceptional customer service and consistency of high-quality work
What we look for in a candidate:
- Experience in recruitment industry and knowledge of recruitment solutions
- Experience from working with Google Workspace and Excel; Visio and VMS systems would be an asset
- Previous experience from working with stakeholders - consultancy or advisory
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in French or Dutch would be an advantage
- Curiosity, proactiveness, ownership and transparency
