Tatum is hiring for a Sales and Search Consultant in Denver, CO to be a career matchmaker, connecting professionals to organizations in need of skilled talent. You will prospect and sell to new clients and problem solve with existing clients to fully understand their hiring needs within the finance and accounting industry. You will source, interview, and evaluate talent to place in your client's current and future jobs, resulting in full-service talent delivery that keeps your client's business running at peak performance.

- Prospect and sell to new clients through research and various modern media connections

What you need to bring:
- 2+ years of staffing agency experience is required
- Experience in working a full desk (sales & recruiting) is highly preferred
- Entrepreneurial minded salesperson
- Past history of exceeding personal individual goals while working in a team environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated track record of effective candidate generation strategies
- Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job
- Bachelor's degree

The base salary range for this position is $55,608 - $79,194.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
