For our client, we are looking for a motivated and communicative Principal Operations Officer to cooperate with recruiters and hiring managers in delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

 

You will be responsible for:

• coordinating administrative tasks for recruitment purposes
• scheduling interviews
• gathering relevant data and creating reports on amount of candidates interviewed
• act as Subject Matter Expert within activities supported in the region
• managing job posting
• supporting sourcing team in creating candidates shortlists

 

What we need from you:

• fluency both in Polish and English
• strong communication skills
• service-oriented mindset
