The team you’ll be working with;
Our Global Excellence Team is fundamental in ensuring we have a dedicated global function within our clients structure which focuses on operational excellence. The team works in partnership with both the client and RSR operational teams globally, to provide support in creating, maintaining and enhancing value for the client through better design and the introduction and operation of services and solutions. In addition to this core function, the Global Excellence Team also drives the operational process around topics such as MI/Talent Radar, Market Insights, Global Process Governance, Technology and Design and Comms.
The expectations of this job;
You will join our team on an initial 12 month FTC, working closely with regional leads across the business, focusing on compliance, audit and governance for one of our diamond pharmaceutical clients. Utilising multiple systems such as Success Factors and Fieldglass, you will extract and manipulate data to map and track against our contractual agreements and ensure continuous process improvement.
