Responsibilities include:
- Candidate and hiring manager engagement activities
- Review and audit recruiting support activities including screening, scheduling and offer letter support
- Create and run reports to validate data accuracy
- Recruitment process compliance and system administration
- Collaborate on special projects
Position Requirements:
Basic qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months recruitment support, and/or audit/reporting and administration experience
Preferred qualifications include:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Applicant tracking system experience
- Solid understanding of MS Office/Google products
- Proven ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to take direction and execute a plan
- Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
- Track record of proven results

The base salary range for this position is between $48,000-$62,000.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility). Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
