About the opportunity
As a MSP Program Specialist, you will:
- Act as a liaison between client hiring managers/key personnel and contracted suppliers
- Be responsible for building strong stakeholder and contractor relationships
- Initiate a range of direct sourcing activities to drive the MSP service offering
- Identify workforce planning needs and resource plan to effectively manage resources
About you
- Recruitment Specialist with min. 2-3 years experience running MSP programs, or agency or temp recruitment experience
- Strong experience sourcing and recruiting candidates across multiple sectors
- Commercially driven, with strong relationship and business partnering skills
- Flexible and adaptable to fast changing environments, solutions focussed, with good attention to detail
- Highly organised, with exceptional prioritisation and communication skills
