MSP programs are executed onsite at the client or offsite at Randstad Premises, depending on the size of country and specific services.

 

The role of a MSP (Manage Services Programs) Consultant covers full employee lifecycle management including onboarding, offboarding, contract amendment/extensions, and all other administrative processes.

 

 

Responsibilities: 

• Managing the full lifecycle of the employees.
• Actively being in contact with the clients and the team members in the MSP team.
• Performs standard and non-routine administrative data processing tasks for the principle and gives colleagues advice on the proper performance of departmental processes.

 

Skills & experience:

• Min 1 year and ideally 2-3+ years of experience in HR administration jobs
• Good level of experience in Excel
• Able to think out of the box ro improve processes
• Good communication skills
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Problem-solver mentality
• Flexibility
• Fluent English, knowledge of German (min C1 level)
