    Job purpose: 

    The role requires expertise in reporting and dashboard for the Recruitment team, which can help the delivery team to improve on current activities along with identifying the laggards based on the data presented and suggestions to fix the issues.

    Main accountabilities: 

    The main accountability areas for this position are:

    a) Reporting and dashboard

    b) BI and Analytics & building a strong story based on the datad) Identifying business challenges and providing recommendations

    a) Reporting and Dashboard

    Key activities: 

    • Standard reporting and Ad-hoc support responsibilities across the business units and management.
    • Partner with multiple teams to understand the reports and dashboard requirements
    • Analyzing and processing large scale of manual data 
    • Ensure effective data warehousing and dissemination strategy
    • Promote positive relationships and strong partnerships
    • Improvements in BAU and streamlining the Ad-hoc reports  
    1. b) BI & Analytics 

    Key activities: 

    • Churn manual data and pull business insights that can help in business decisions 
    • Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data
    • Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.  
    1. c) Biz Challenges and Recommendations 

    Key activities: 

    • Experience in working on Recruitment data 
    • Good understanding of candidate data, requisitions pipeline, candidate funnel, candidate life cycle stages. 
    • Understand the critical metrics in hiring
    • Process management in line with client specific  processes 
    • Comply with company policies and procedures  including business principles, misconduct reporting  procedure and competition law compliance policy to  meet Randstad’s expectations concerning professional  conduct. 
    • Participate in regular meetings with the team and the  manager to maximise synergies, discuss market  developments, to share experience and knowledge. ● Comply with legislative requirements at all times.  

    Knowledge, skills and experience: 

    • Knowledge and/or experience of the sector or  business line 
    • ATS
    • MS Office (Strong) & VBA (working knowledge)
    • Power Query/Power Pivot (working knowledge)
    • Power BI/Tableau/Google Data Studio (wk)
