    Randstad Sourceright (RSR) is growing in the Asia Pacific region and also in Australia. RSR is the RPO division of Randstad supporting customers like Ericsson, ING, Cisco, etc... We have teams of onsite Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Consultants, Project Managers and Account Leads working closely with our clients to help drive and lead their recruiting success.

    At the moment we are looking for an Internal Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Internal Talent Acquisition Team. In this role you will be helping us connect with, engage and hire the best Recruiters in Australia to join our teams. This is a role where you will work closely with our TA Lead for Australia and our Management Team to help them hire talented Recruiters who will work with our customers.

    This role can be based out Melbourne, Sydney or any alternate location in Australia.

There will be the opportunity to work with our management teams at an advisory level on some of the key focus areas for us including: Internal Mobility, Candidate Engagement/Care, Diversity Hiring and Initiatives and Proactive Sourcing.
