About you
Our future HR Specialist is responsible for all HR-related matters in the daily HR operation and onboarding. You will advise on local policies and create processes for the best employee experience. In this independent role within the organization, you will be responsible for all HR matters concerning the full HR cycle in Poland.
Office location: Warsaw (Occasional visit to the office - at least once / week)
We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist colleague, who knows how to find a solution to every challenge. You don’t give up easily, are familiar with Polish labor law, and know everything about contractual questions and HR administration. Have a ‘hands-on’ mentality, and love to work in an international environment. Agility is your middle name. With your entrepreneurial spirit, you like to steer and assist in different HR projects and optimize our Polish processes. You are creative to find solutions and stimulate our growth by optimizing processes.
Where do you work and with whom do you work?
- you will be part of RSR, our fast-growing label within the Randstad company;
- you will be working closely together with experienced Polish HR colleagues, and be part of our HR EMEA team;
- you will work closely together with your colleague HR Specialist in Poland and the Internal Talent Acquisition team for an amazing onboarding experience;
- you will work closely with the IT department and managers in Poland, as well as from across EMEA.
What will you do?
- you will be responsible for creating contracts and ensuring a great onboarding experience for our new colleagues;
- you are responsible for creating, coordinating, and optimizing the new hire, mutations, and offboarding process;
- You will give advice on Polish human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees and managers;
- you will be responsible for coordinating the OSH training (occupational safety health) for new colleagues;
- you will be responsible for the fleet support, processing all personnel action forms, and ensuring we give the first-time-right experience.
Requirements:
- you are fluent in Polish and English;
- You are full time available;
- you have experience in HR administration and Polish HR policies;
- you like to optimize and create full cycle employee processes;
- you like to work in a fast-paced environment within an international RSR organization; that is growing every day;
- interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels;
- you are service-oriented and have strong communication skills.
