We’re looking for an HR Reporting Specialist to join our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) client from the pharmaceutical industry. You’ll join an amazing team that supports our client’s Digital Hub development. In this role, you will have a chance to use your valuable Excel skills to collect data and create helpful reports to enhance the team’s effectiveness! The role is based in Warsaw with the possibility of fully remote work!

 

 

Your responsibilities:

 

• Managing data collection and timely reporting 
• Creat reports for senior recruiters, managers and client stakeholders
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand the requirements 
• Develop and improve the automatisation of data tracking 
• Participating in deep-dive reviews to governance as needed 
• Working on Excel to prepare the data as well as run pivot/ formulas checks

 

 

Requirements

 

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including pivot tables and formulas 
• Knowledge of any different reporting tools is nice to have 
• Sense of duty and responsibility
• Excellent organizational skills 
• Agility to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment
• Fluent English knowledge is a must
