    HR Operations Specialist;

    Location: Bangalore

    Reporting to:
    Head of HRBP, RSR India

    Main accountabilities:
    The main accountability areas for this position are:
    ● Act as the single point of contact for all HR
    Operations transactions for RSR India
    ● Work closely with the business operations team on
    change requests (i.e manager changes, account
    changes etc) and process them through HR
    Operations
    ● Ensure exit formalities are completed in a timely
    manner for all exiting employees. Follow up as
    needed with employees, managers and other
    stakeholders.
    ● Track new hires every week, and work with ITA on
    onboarding formalities, sharing new hire list for
    induction process and for BGV initiation
    ● Respond to HR queries from employees and
    managers in a timely manner as well as help
    facilitate responses from HR Operations/r-Connect
    teams as applicable
    ● Work closely with payroll, IT and other support
    functions on all employee joining and exit
    formalities
    ● Facilitate issuing of various letters and documentsto employees and managers as part of the
    employee lifecycle
    ● Maintain headcount lists for RSR India as well as
    account wise headcount and manager/leader details
    ● Weekly status reporting of headcount, new hires,
    exits etc by account to the India leadership team
    ● Monthly reporting on people/talent - attrition,
    demographics etc.
    ● Query resolution from alumni on issues related to
    their F&F settlements, retirals and other

    Knowledge, skills and experience:
    ● 3+ years of proven experience in HR
    Operations, HR Generalist,

    Training/Staffing Operations or similar

    ● Working knowledge on HRIS systems,
    and operational activities
    ● Good data analysis and Reporting
    capability
    employment related information

    Intellectual strength:
    Leveraging strong intellectual power to identify pattern
    and draw insights from information in order to solve
    problems and identify opportunities.
