The team you’ll be working with;
You will be joining our Global HR department sitting within our HR Projects and Rewards team, but working with the wider department, providing a global support function within HR, Data & Analytics.
The expectations of this job;
As HR Coordinator, you will be an administrative expert with regards to managing employee data in a variety of systems. You will be the first point of contact for our new HR Information System in case of problems, monitor incoming queries and where possible solving them or assigning them in a ticketing environment using Freshdesk. You will also assist with global HR projects and processes.
If you have experience in providing HR support, stakeholder management, creation of supporting material / user guides, as well as advanced skills in Excel including v-lookups, data extraction and manipulation, this role could be for you.
