The team you’ll be working with; You will be joining our Global HR department sitting within our HR Projects and Rewards team, but working with the wider department, providing a global support function within HR, Data & Analytics.   The expectations of this job; As HR Coordinator, you will be an administrative expert with regards to managing employee data in a variety of systems.  You will be the first point of contact for our new HR Information System in case of problems, monitor incoming queries and where possible solving them or assigning them in a ticketing environment using Freshdesk.  You will also assist with global HR projects and processes.   If you have experience in providing HR support, stakeholder management, creation of supporting material / user guides, as well as advanced skills in Excel including v-lookups, data extraction and manipulation, this role could be for you. All across Randstad Sourceright EMEA, Technology Analysts are responsible for solving various technical issues coming in via tickets; providing technical training to operational teams and testing solutions during implementations.   Responsibilities: The technology analyst provides 1st and 2nd line technology support for a portfolio of customer MSP & RPO programs, focusing on supporting internal stakeholders and clients in the EMEA region. Apart from managing issues & incidents, the technology analyst takes part in implementing changes to VMS/ATS systems and is involved in technology implementation, expansion and enhancement projects. Training and testing related to the previously mentioned activities are also part of the role. first- and second-level support for a portfolio of clients. Escalate issues to the third level (RSR Technology Project Manager or VMS provider) if required, and drive resolution work independently to resolve issues within SLA.
