    About you

    Our future HR Generalist (EMEA) is responsible for HR-related matters in the daily operations and projects and will advise our internal colleagues.

    In this independent role within the RSR organization, you will play an active role in optimizing and creating EMEA-wide structure in on and off boarding processes. You are involved in internal mobility, data analytics and EMEA-wide HR projects. In addition, you are supporting the HR EMEA team in optimization and daily business.

    We are looking for an experienced HR Professional who knows how to find a solution to every challenge. You are used to working in an international (HR) environment. You don’t give up easily, get excited to work with different cultures, and have a ‘hands-on’ mentality. Agility is your middle name. With your entrepreneurial spirit, you like to steer and assist in different HR projects and optimize our processes. You are creative to find solutions and stimulate new ideas. We’ve grown massively in the last year (40%) and we want to continue growing with you.

     

    What will you do?

    • create international structure from on to offboarding together with HR colleagues in EMEA countries
    • play a key role in optimizing and improving HR processes in Mainland Europe in order to create best employees’ journey
    • you are responsible for or part of various international HR projects
    • HR analytics, support and monitor our HRIS system 
    • play part in our talent progression and internal mobility
    • build a strong network within the organization
    • support the HR team in the daily business



    Where do you work and with whom do you work?

    • you are part of an experienced international HR team in EMEA with around 60 colleagues
    • work closely with our HR colleagues in the EMEA HR team and with in-country HR colleagues
