Randstad Technologies Group is currently hiring an experienced High Volume IT Recruiter to our Technologies Perm Hub in the GTA! This is a 100% virtual role for someone based in Ontario.

What a great opportunity if you love connecting with candidates and finding them the next career opportunity.  This role operates as a 270 recruitment role and would be great for someone who likes sourcing and recruiting as well as building relationships with our clients without having to do cold calling/business development.

Main responsibilities:

• Build relationships with our existing clients and large accounts
• Manage the entire process from job order intake to delivery
• Function as the single point of contact with clients and candidates
• Match and place professional IT candidates in the right position
• Ensure that the clients’ needs are understood and met
• Maintain an all-around excellent customer service experience

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Track record as a service-oriented recruiter
• Preference is given for 2+ years of experience in the IT/Engineering recruitment industry
• Provide a professional level of service to meet all our clients’ needs
• Strong network and relationship-building/management skills
• Deliver excellent service and individual attention to clients and candidates
• A strong work ethic and a sense of commitment
• Able to work in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency
• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
• Sound command of the English language including presentation skills
