The opportunity and growth of this function has allowed us to hire a VP of Enterprise Accounts who will report into the Managing Director of Global Strategic Accounts. In this role, you will work with our top clients to enable business growth, market differentiation and propel value creation for an assigned strategic global client via the Enterprise account executive management operating system. The role is a client-facing role responsible for driving the overall account strategy and service roadmap in conjunction with client executive stakeholders. The role focuses on creating and managing a winning commercial strategy for the clients in close collaboration with the relevant Randstad Operating Companies. On a day to day basis you will: Partner with the client Executive stakeholder(s) to continually evolve the solutions and services provided to support the client’s talent acquisition needs Take responsibility for creating and delivering the strategic enterprise account plan for the assigned global client - including both process excellence and potential digital tools Identity and qualify commercial growth opportunities, making a calculation of returns and investments, and gaining agreement for the investment, resources and actions required for the developments; ensuring commitment of relevant local op co management Analyze client demands and define solutions for complex client needs by integrating and aligning different Randstad tools, services, and concepts globally Apply industry specific information in such a way to the client that the Randstad approach and services are viewed by client as specialized, innovative and value added Leverage executive relationship management skills to influence the client stakeholders to expand their engagement with Randstad Coordinate executing on client strategic roadmap with the global operational delivery leader Partner with Opco Managing Directors to align client delivery strategy and ensure achievement of the Enterprise Group financial targets Drive regional and global operations teams to ensure operational cadence and goals are achieved for assigned client Ensure compliance to contract components are met successfully In order to be successful in this role you would have: Worked in and have proven success in a strategic key accounts and relationship focused role within the recruitment industry, ideally within an RPO Have C-suite stakeholder engagement experience Longevity in exposure to complex enterprise organisations Superior communication skills in English and ideally one other European language A collaborative approach to ensuring a seamless customer experience Strong organisational, prioritization and time management skills In return you can expect: A competitive remuneration package An opportunity to work with some of the world’s most prestigious organisations Unparalleled career opportunities For further information please watch our short video.
