The Graphic Designer will utilize good design acumen and branding practices, to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and internal documents. They should be able to work well individually and as part of a team, and must be incredibly open to feedback. The ideal candidate will have b2b or professional services experience. They will be creative, self-motivated, detail obsessed and understand the role well-thought out creative plays in supporting marketing objectives. They will have experience creating visuals of all formats, preferably in the capacity of a marketing support role while adhering to Cella's brand and visual guidelines.
Job Function/Responsibilities:
... - Collaborate with creative team to develop visual concepts and designs for various projects, such as advertising campaigns, websites, social media content, environment design, RFPs and more
- Create visual elements such as illustrations, infographics, and icons to support the overall design
- Use software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects to create and manipulate designs
- Present designs and concepts to internal stakeholders for feedback and revisions
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines, and ensuring that final designs meet the strategic objectives
- Creative and persistent problem solver
- Stay current with design trends and best practices in order to create innovative and effective designs
- Continuously gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate into final designs ● Prepare final design files for development and production
Skills & Knowledge Preferred:
- Strong skills in graphic design, typography, and layout (Motion a big plus)
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS and the ability to create responsive designs is a plus ● Knowledge of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles is a plus ● Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively communicate design concepts ● Proactivity and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong PowerPoint/Google Slides design skills
Education & Experience Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design and/or Visual Arts
- 3-5 years of professional-level experience required within an external or in-house agency.

The base salary range for this position is $74,195 - $105,700.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
