    Purpose of the job

    The Global Vice President of People Analytics & Performance function is in line with our ambitions to be the undisputed market leader. This function will play a key role in driving our organization to a data-driven business by standardizing global processes and approaches to reporting and producing meaningful operational insight for RSR, allowing us to succeed in meeting our strategic goals.

    Underpinning all of this activity will be a strong focus on standards and governance to ensure the integrity of our clients' and candidates' data remains protected at all times.


    yourresponsibilities

    General:

    • To have the appropriate level of technical knowledge to engage teams of regional and global subject matter experts
    • To drive a high-performance culture where teams are accountable, engaged, developed, and motivated against clear outcomes
    • Ensure an Agile methodology to drive continual improvements to any deliverables and that deliverable are consistently met while maintaining high levels of communication to all appropriate stakeholders.
    • Liaise with systems experts to reconfigure system functionality to automate processes, optimize data output, and alleviate data integrity issues to ensure the BI service is delivered effectively as possible
    • Proactively identify opportunities for leveraging reporting to improve service quality and provide insight for business leaders to data-driven decisions
    • Partner with Data Science team to ensure models are designed for resource optimization
    • Faciliate discussions with key business leaders to define and determine reporting and intelligence requirements
    • Develop global standardized processes and data dictionaries for defining common calculations and measures to drive consistent, and accurate output to achieve global field steering standards

    Execution and Partnering :

    • To lead a team of Business Partners to ensure a deep understanding of business requirements
    • To ensure BI partners are effectively managed in the regions and, work is appropriately load-balanced both within the region and globally as required
    • To ensure effective internal stakeholder management across regions
    • To drive and own successful implementation work streams related to BI via the Business Partnering and Data engineering teams
    • To ensure work is effectively managed and resources are allocated to meet milestones
    • To set priorities to ensure the advancement of the business using data
    • To engage with the data teams to ensure a robust approach to extracting, transforming and loading data
    • To engage with our analytics and innovation teams to ensure we are continually bringing the features to drive competitive advantage which will make genuine business impact
    • To be and advisor and consultant to our Workforce Advisory Group on client presentations

    Education

    • Degree level qualification
    • Business-related postgraduate qualification or equivalent relevant business experience

    Experience & Knowledge

    • Working in complex multinational organizations which would preferably be in HR Staffing or Outsourcing
    • Experience in working in a matrix organization of BI specialists data scientists, or data analysts engineers
    • Experience in leading or collaborating with colleagues internationally
    • Solid experience of influencing skills, people management and leadership in a results-driven environment
    • Ability to take complex problems and explain them in an initiative way to stakeholders at all levels both internal and externally
    • A working knowledge of data warehousing technologies, advanced Excel and BI tools
    • A preferable working understanding of SLQ, MySQL, Google Cloud Platform, Big Querry, Python, Amazon Redshift, Python, Domo
