What will you do?
Working as part of a team that is responsible for supporting the end to end management of 3rd party supplier relationships, you will play an active role in all aspects of this process. You will work as part of the function to provide best in class supplier management and key duties will involve (but are not limited to):
- Manage and support the onboarding process of 3rd party suppliers incl. contacting, contracting and connecting agencies to tech systems across EMEA, with focus on German projects
- Maintain agency details (company, financial etc.) in internal database accurately
- Compliance checking of suppliers, incl. gathering and reviewing certificates, proof documents of details provided
- Supporting issue resolution through coordinating between different teams
- Working based on established processes
- Use different software and tools (Google Apps (docs, sheets, forms), Vendor Management System: Fieldglass, Salesforce, DocuSign)
- Regular communication (mainly written but also verbal) with internal and external stakeholders in German and English
- Administratively manage and support a variety of ongoing projects
- Arrange, attend and contribute to a range of meetings
- Work independently and in partnership with colleagues
- Provide reporting as required
- Ad hoc projects based on business requirements
YOU are:
- A freshly graduated with no / limited (1 year) experience in multinational environment
- Team player: proactive, open for other people’s opinions, experience
- Organised, with an eye for detail
- Persistent (not afraid of repetitive tasks), patient
- A positive, hard working person who is looking for challenges
- Open, adaptable and flexible
- Not afraid of taking responsibility
- “happy to support” attitude
- C1 level German knowledge: fluent and confident both written and spoken
- min. B2 level English knowledge both written and spoken
- Computer literate: high level of excel knowledge, experience with Google Apps (docs, sheets), any Vendor Management System, Salesforce, DocuSign
