The team you’ll be working with;
You will be working on the account of a multinational conglomerate corporation and the largest industrial manufacturing company in Europe - fully supporting their recruitment needs across the UK. This account keeps growing so the progression potential is limitless. The role requires one day a week office attendance in Birmingham.
The expectations of this job;
You will manage the end to end recruitment process and vendor management across a variety of roles. Providing a high class standard of client service and offering expert advice on their recruitment activity. By utilising technology, insights and your contract recruitment knowledge you will also tailor the most appropriate solution based on the requirement. As the first point of contact for managers and suppliers, you will thrive on building and maintaining effective relationships while using your initiative to resolve queries and find solutions.
