JOB SUMMARY:TheSOW MSPSenior Program Directoris responsible for developing and leading a global client SOW MSP (Managed Service Program) Procured Services Management solution. The SOW MSP Senior Program Directorprovides strategic direction and senior operational leadership of a global account. The role is also responsible for driving revenue growth while leading and motivating a global delivery team to ensuring clients receive added value and strategic level expertise.The SOW MSP Senior Program Director works closely with client operational leadership, procurement stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure program services are aligned to changing needs and contractual service levels.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic Account LeadershipDevelops strong client relationships, communicate client requirements to internal operations and business, and provide innovative solutions to solve client needsEstablishes and maintains effective client relationships to assess, recommend and extend our services within the account to promote new business opportunities as appropriate (e.g. cost savings, process improvement)Develops and refines global client account strategies, identifies areas for improvement, and implements solutions needed to improve customer experienceEnsures compliance, risk, and data protection - accountable to identify and report risks and handle data in accordance with the highest standards of data protectionGathers market intelligence and develops thought leadership to inform client strategies and program outcomes; align with client business objectivesServes as spokesperson for innovative SOW MSP procured service management strategies and process optimization to internal and external stakeholders globallyWorks to ensure a cohesive and highly motivated global account team environment with the responsibility to foster effective knowledge share and skill transfer across global teams Client Delivery ExecutionServes as RSR client SOW MSP procured service management program focal for all executive client stakeholders across the account and develops partnering relationships with client program sponsor and project buyer communitiesResponsible for client operations and service aspects as well as for the implementation, direction, quality and compliance program adherence, financial goals, and management of an MSP with multiple sites and suppliersProvides escalation management of global client issues, ensure timely resolution, direct corrective action as neededLiaises with contractual and legal issues where client involvement is requiredConfirms client's needed procedural changes and develops/deploys communication plans to impacted suppliers and client users in a timely mannerEstablishes global account performance expectations to ensure KPI's and SLA's are exceededCollaborates with RSR VMS and Business Analysts to ensure program performance reporting is available to key client stakeholders and performs insightful analysis of operating data; to make recommendations or lead changes to program delivery model or technologyUse performance feedback and analysis to make recommendations on optimal Supplier utilization or needed rationalization actionsAssess client's service perception via surveys, site visits, and roundtable forumsAccountable for monthly/quarterly reporting of the MSP on the various metrics that have been established for the programProvides customers with regular updates regarding the program delivery, including latest industry trends, best practices internally and externally as well as potential program enhancementsDevelops deep competency knowledge of the historical and projected buying needs of the client and performance of the service supplier communityDrives program evolution while keeping with client's strategic needs and expands program nationally and globally in cooperation with the clientCoordinates communicates and leads the change management efforts related to the MSP, both within Randstad and the clientPromotes and ensures full use of program VMS systems (and other supporting technology) to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely, and quality services;
