Conseiller(e) bilingue en recrutement - Télétravail en permanence:
En tant que Conseiller(e) en recrutement bilingue, vous serez un partenaire stratégique collaborant avec les principaux intervenants et gestionnaires d'embauche de nos clients, avec la responsabilité de développer une stratégie de talent qui correspond le mieux aux besoins du client et aux conditions du marché. Le poste consiste à être responsable de l'exécution des réquisitions avec son client. S'il y a une lacune dans la capacité de répondre à une demande, la personne dans ce rôle devra ajuster son plan d'action pour s'assurer que l’implémentation est respectée, tout en assumant l'entière responsabilité des résultats.
Ce rôle vous permet de vous associer à des collègues sur plusieurs sites et / ou internationaux, y compris les spécialistes en recherche de talents de Randstad Sourceright, les spécialistes en évaluation des talents, les coordinateurs de recrutement et les centres d'expertise, pour développer et exécuter des stratégies de gestion des talents afin de générer des recrutements de qualité pour nos clients.
Les responsabilités incluent:
- Être entièrement responsable tout en étant le point de contact unique pour les responsables du recrutement pour toutes demandes assignées;
- Collaborer avec le gestionnaire et les membres de l'équipe interne appropriés pour s'assurer qu'un soutien adéquat en matière d'approvisionnement et de sélection est fourni en fonction des besoins de la demande pour répondre aux attentes des clients;
- Effectuer des appels de prise de contact avec le responsable du recrutement sur les demandes assignées - chercher à clarifier le poste;
- Agir en tant que conseiller(e) sur la stratégie d'approvisionnement appropriée auprès des responsables du recrutement des clients;
- Rassembler de manière proactive des informations sur le marché et partager avec l'équipe interne et les responsables du recrutement;
- Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de recrutement de compte quotidiens / hebdomadaires assignés et surveiller régulièrement le tableau de bord des performances pour s'assurer que tous les SLA et KPI sont respectés;
- Évaluer, redéfinir les priorités tout en étant responsable de l'exécution globale de la stratégie de marque d'emploi;
- Utiliser de l'influence et de la persuasion pour vendre le candidat sur les opportunités d'emploi, étendre les offres et négocier jusqu'à l'acceptation finale;
- Développer des relations solides avec les partenaires clients en tant que consultant en recrutement et fournir des solutions innovantes pour résoudre les problèmes de recrutement et influencer les décisions de recrutement.
Les qualifications de base comprennent:
- Au moins 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle en recrutement;
- Expérience professionnelle en recrutement dans le domaine des ventes/gestions de comptes (Interne et externe), ingénierie/ domaine technique (un grand atout).
Les qualifications souhaitées incluent:
- Capacité démontrée à sélectionner les candidats de manière efficace pour évaluer leur éligibilité à la candidature et à les présenter de manière consultative aux équipes de gestion;
- Aptitude avérée à comprendre les motivations des candidats et à vendre efficacement l'opportunité au candidat pour assurer l'acceptation de l'offre;
- Expérience dans un environnement de recrutement sous pression et urgent pour soutenir des clients externes (par exemple : RPO, cabinet de recherche ou agence);
- Aptitude avérée à prendre des initiatives et à établir de solides relations productives au-delà des frontières, à interagir et à consulter tous les niveaux de l'organisation;
- Une expérience dans un domaine spécifique selon les besoins du client (ex : Ventes, ingénierie, technique) peut être nécessaire;
- Maîtrise du pack Microsoft Office [Excel / PPT / Word / Outlook];
- Maîtrise du système de suivi des candidats.

Bilingual Talent Advisor - Permanently Remote
As a Bilingual Talent Advisor you will be a strategic and consultative partner to our client’s Key Stakeholders and Hiring Managers with the responsibility of developing a talent strategy that best suits the client needs and market conditions. The position is ultimately responsible for the fulfillment of requisitions with their client. If there is a gap in the ability to fulfill a requisition, the person in this role needs to adjust their course of action to ensure fulfillment is met, taking full accountability and ownership of results.
This role allows you to partner with multi-location and/or global colleagues, including Randstad Sourceright’s Talent Sourcing Specialists, Talent Assessment Specialists, Recruiting Coordinators and Centers of Expertise, to develop and execute talent strategies that produce quality hires for our clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Fully responsible and single point of contact for Hiring Managers on all assigned requisitions;
- Collaborates with Manager and appropriate internal team members to ensure that adequate sourcing and screening support is provided based on requisition needs to meet client expectations;
- Performs intake call with Hiring Manager on assigned requisitions;
- Seeks to clarify the position, specific requirements, and the opportunity beyond the job description and serves as a consultative partner who appropriately manages expectations and communicates sourcing plans and recruiting timelines;
- Acts as an advisor to client hiring managers on appropriate sourcing strategy;
- Proactively gather market intelligence and shares with internal team and hiring managers;
- Meets or exceeds assigned daily/weekly account hiring goals and regularly monitors performance scorecard to ensure all SLAs and KPIs are being met;
- Manages the candidate pool for each requisition including internal candidates, ad response candidates and direct sourced candidates;
- Uses independent judgment to determine potential candidate eligibility based on resumes, professional profiles and interview notes;
- Builds a qualified candidate profile and presents slate of candidates to meet client deliverables;
- Develops strategic relationship with RSR peers and leaders to maintain quality client delivery and solve client challenges.
Position Requirements:
Basic qualifications include:
- Minimum of 2 years of corporate recruitment experience;
- Professional experience recruiting in the Sales/Account Management (Inside or Outside) field or Engineering/Technical field (is a great asset).
Preferred qualifications include:
- Demonstrated track record of understanding clients’ functional/technical hiring needs and translating those into effective candidate generation strategies (passive and active);
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently and effectively screen candidates to evaluate their eligibility for candidacy and consultatively present to hiring teams;
- Proven ability to understand candidate motivations and effectively sell the opportunity to the candidate to ensure offer acceptance if made;
- Experience in a high pressure, urgent recruiting environment supporting external clients (e.g. RPO, Search Firm, or Agency);
- May require experience in a specific area of expertise depending on client need (ex: Sales. Engineering, Technical, etc.);
- Proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships across boundaries, interacting and consulting with all levels of the organization;
- Microsoft Office [Excel / PPT / Word / Outlook];
- Applicant Tracking System proficiency.
